STRATEGIC GOALS

Deliver the premier education and networking event focusing on SharePoint topics for legal technology professionals

Assemble an exceptional symposium planning committee, including ILTA members who have an understanding of SharePoint and how it is used in law firms and law departments

Leverage the expertise of ILTA’s peer groups, drawing on all peer groups who touch SharePoint to create educational content

Set registration fees for members and vendors so that the value experience far exceeds the cost of attending and sponsoring

Target strategists/decision makers and senior operational and technical SharePoint staff

Increase networking opportunities for attendees to connect with their specific SharePoint peers and with vendors/consultants who provide SharePoint technology products and services to the legal community

Maximize collaborative opportunities with law department members to gain further value from their “client-focused” perspective

Extend the value of the conference beyond the live event, through audio recordings and social media

EDUCATIONAL GOALS

 Deliver high-quality educational sessions

Provide fresh, relevant, diverse content across a broad range of SharePoint topics

Develop strategic, operational and technical content

Seek out the best-qualified speaker(s) and subject-matter experts from the member/vendor communities, being mindful to maintain a fresh, diverse speaker population

Provide support via volunteer leadership, staff and technology tools to speakers, moderators and facilitators throughout the planning process and onsite

Design alternative session formats that cater to different learning styles
